Kate Spade

I have always loved Kate Spade, but my wallet does not. Unfortunatly, it's a little over my budget, but thanks to Apple I got this adorable iPhone case last night. I've been looking for a cheap new one and hadn't found much luck. I don't really even like to spend $35.00 on a phone cover but I just couldn't pass it up!

Also, I wanted to mention that I received my box of goodies from Janel's craft swap...thank you everyone for participating, you all are a creative bunch.

Everyone Could Use a Cupcake

There's been a tornado watch here in Oklahoma tonight so I've been in the kitchen. I made cupcakes yesterday for Mother's Day and finally frosted them and added sprinkles. These are strawberry with vanilla icing. They are too pretty! What's your favorite flavor?

Kitchen Details: Vintage Aprons

I've wanted to collect vintage aprons and hang them in the kitchen for a while now. So far I only have one apron and its a vintage inspired one from Anthropologie. Remember the scrunchy thingy that I found recently at an antique store for $2.50? I spray painted it white and hung my apron on it. Now I'm on the look out for any vintage aprons so I can start my collection.

Last night we went to pay a bill on the other side of town and my favorite thrift store is down the road. I, of course asked to stop by and my wish my granted. Thanks Paul! We picked up an owl plaque that I plan to spray paint, a vintage camera, and a blue ball mason jar.
