Happy Friday!

I don't know what kind of bread this is, but I love it! They serve it at The Cheesecake Factory and we always eat it and not the plain. That's how much we love it! Last night Paul picked me up from work and said he had a surprise for me, it ended up being dinner at The Cheescake Factory. We went there on our first date so it's kinda special.

I played around with my iPhone while waiting on the food of course! I love to take pictures and I wanted to see what my hipstamatic app would do for these slices of bread. I like the results, this camera is so much better now that they have the tap to focus option.

This weekend we have some work to do on the house and a wedding to photograph. What are you up to this weekend?

Does anyone can their garden prizes? Tomatoes, cucumbers, berries, etc? My mother in-law makes pickled cucumbers for us every once in a while and this last weekend she gave us 2 jars of it. I jotted down the simple recipe...

Ingredients:

-diced tomatoes

-sliced cucumbers

-sliced onions

-garlic powder

-vinegar

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into mason jars and seal. Tip: The longer the ingredients soak, the better it tastes!
