Over the Weekend, Briefly

Over the weekend, Paul and I headed to Missouri for a friend's wedding. It was about a 1.5-2 hour drive so we made a fun road trip out of it. I finished wrapping my fall wreath with yarn on the way. The wedding was at a corn maze and pumpkin patch. I had been wanting to go to one and I finally got to! I left with 3 pumpkins: a big one to carve for my porch, a small striped one, and a baby one.

Fall Update

Fall is happening pretty quickly around here and that makes me excited! I'm hoping to go to the pumpkin patch tonight and get some pumpkins for the front porch. Do you like my shoes? Got these at Target for $9.00, gotta love Target's clearance prices!

State Fair 2010

Yesterday was the first day of the state fair. Paul and I went with my parents and sister in the evening. We usually don't ride anything but since it was Ford night, all the rides were $2.00 so we rode one thing. The rest of the time was spent in the expo building and eating fried pickles, cinnamon rolls, and polish sausage. What about you? Been to any carnivals or fairs this year?
