I'm Stuck...
I've had this vintage sheet for a while now and I've used it many times as a backdrop. I love the print and I'm having a hard time just cutting it up for something I won't really use. I have tons of vintage linen ideas saved on my computer, but I just can't decide what to do with it. Does anyone else go through this? Afraid to cut up beautiful fabric?

16 Weeks
In 8 days, we have another doctor appointment and I'm hoping they'll try to find out the gender for us. We were told we would have a scheduled ultrasound early August, but I'm getting too anxious to wait.
Baby's now the size of an avocado!
"Watch what you say... tiny bones forming in baby's ears mean the little one can now pick up your voice. Eyebrows, lashes and hair are starting to fill in, and taste buds are forming. And, if you're interested, an ultrasound might be able to determine gender." -thebump.com

15 Weeks
I feel as though counting down the weeks like this is making time go by slower and I don't feel like my belly is growing as much right now either. To me it looks the same as last week, but here I am at 15 weeks.
Baby's now the size of a naval orange!
"Continuing the march towards normal proportions, baby's legs now outmeasure the arms. And, finally, all four limbs have functional joints. Your fetus is squirming and wiggling like crazy down in the womb, though you probably still can't feel the movements." -thebump.com

Currently...
Working on a secret project that I can share in a few days. What is everyone else currently working on? Any tutorials or anything online you want to share? I'm in a rut of no creativity right now.

13 Weeks
Well I've finally made it to the 2nd trimester and I'm so relieved. We can finally stop worrying about a miscarriage. We had an appointment yesterday that went great and we heard the baby's heartbeat. Baby and I are healthy as a horse. Here I am at 13 weeks, probably not much difference from last week...
Baby's now the size of a peach!"Your fetus is forming teeth and vocal cords...savor this, their nonfunctional phase. Baby is approaching normal proportions, with his head now only one third the size of his body. And intestines are in the process of moving from the umbilical cord to baby's tummy-much more convenient." -thebump

Weekend in Instagrams
We've already got summer weather around here, it's been in the 90s and a sno cone seemed like the perfect snack on Saturday evening. There's a sno cone stand not too far from our house and it's ice shaved so it's really good.
After we got our sno cones we went to the park with Riley to let him play while we sat and ate our sno cones. They have some beautiful flowers at this park.

Welcome June!
I've been seeing everyone's different references to summer on Facebook and I must admit it's making me excited about ice cream, swimming, vacations, etc. I've already asked Paul if we could possibly get a swimming pool even if it is only 3.5ft. One thing I'm thankful for is the fact that I'm not going to be uncomfortable or hugely pregnant during the summer. I have a feeling we're going to get a really hot one. The weather did weird things this year...winter didn't want to leave and spring never really came but for a couple of weeks. Now we're already getting 90 degree weather. But as the saying goes..."that's Oklahoma for you!" Is anyone else excited about summer? What are some things you plan to do this summer?
